Terms & conditions

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Vidhyagram online learning platform run by Vidhyagram. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You must give your real name and a working email address.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share your login.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Subscription and payment

  • The Monthly plan costs ₹499 for 30 days of access.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, UPI QR, debit and credit cards). Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Manual UPI payments start once we have checked them.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to pay again.
  • Once your plan is active, the payment is non-refundable, except for duplicate or failed charges as set out in our Refund & cancellation policy.

How courses work

  • You can study one course at a time. A new course can be started once every module of the current course is completed.
  • Modules unlock in order. A module counts as completed only when its video has been watched to the end; skipping ahead is not allowed.
  • Courses with an assessment must be passed before a certificate is issued.

Certificates

  • When you claim your first certificate, you choose the name to print on it. That name is then used on all your certificates and cannot be changed later, so enter it exactly as you want employers to see it.
  • Each certificate has an ID that anyone can check on our verification page.
  • Certificates confirm that you completed our online course. They are not a government licence, trade qualification or permit to work.
  • We may cancel a certificate obtained by cheating or through someone else's account.

Course content

  • Lessons include videos from third-party creators played from services such as YouTube and Vimeo. Those videos belong to their owners.
  • Courses are for learning and awareness. Technical and safety-critical work — electrical, rope access, lifting, confined spaces, hot work and similar — must only be done by people with the proper training, certification and supervision required by law and by their employer.
  • We do not promise any job, promotion or visa outcome.

What you must not do

  • Copy, download, resell or share course content or your account.
  • Try to bypass video tracking, assessments or payment, or interfere with the platform.
  • Post reviews or support messages that are abusive, misleading or unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close an account for a breach, unused subscription time is not refunded.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted, and third-party videos may occasionally be removed by their owners; we will replace them where we can. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala.
