Refund & cancellation

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a Vidhyagram subscription and how refunds are paid.

Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: your plan simply ends after 30 days and you are not charged again. You can stop using the platform at any time, but stopping early does not make you eligible for a refund.

No refunds once access is given

Your subscription gives you immediate access to digital course content. Once your plan is active, the payment is non-refundable, whether or not you watch any lessons. Please check the course library and these terms before you pay.

When you can get a refund

• Charged twice or charged without getting access: if a payment was taken twice, or the money left your account but your plan was not activated, you get a full refund of the extra or failed payment. Most failed payments are reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
• We cannot provide the service: if the platform is unavailable for a long period because of a problem on our side, we will extend your plan or refund the unused part.

When a refund is not given

• Change of mind, or not using the platform after your plan is active.
• For unused days of an active subscription.
• When an account is suspended for breaking our Terms & conditions.

How to ask for a refund

Signed-in learners can open a ticket under Support, or email support@example.com. Please include the email address of your account and the payment date or invoice number.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay. We cannot refund to a different account.
• We process approved refunds within 2 working days. Your bank then usually takes 5–7 working days to show the money in your account.
• When a refund is issued, the subscription it paid for ends.
